FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes and stages — from startups to established companies. Whether you're a sole proprietor, LLC, or corporation, we tailor our services to your specific needs and goals.

How long does the funding process take?

Timeline varies by funding type. 0% APR business credit can be established in 30–90 days. SBA loans typically take 60–90 days. We'll provide a realistic timeline during your consultation based on your specific situation.

What credit score do I need to qualify?

Requirements vary by product. Some options are available with scores as low as 550, while others require 680+. We assess your complete profile and recommend the best options for your situation.

Do you guarantee approval?

We do not guarantee funding approvals. What we do guarantee is expert guidance, thorough preparation of your application, and advocacy with lenders to maximize your chances of approval.

How much does your service cost?

Our fees vary based on the services you need. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. During your free consultation, we'll provide a complete breakdown of costs before you commit to anything.

Is credit repair legal?

Yes. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports. We operate fully within these federal protections — we dispute what's inaccurate, we don't remove accurate negative history.

What's the difference between a hard and soft credit inquiry?

A soft inquiry (used for pre-qualification) doesn't affect your score. A hard inquiry happens when you formally apply and can cause a small, temporary dip. We use soft-pull pre-qualification wherever possible so you can explore options before committing to a hard pull.

Do you work with startups that have no revenue yet?

Yes. Startups typically lean on personal credit-based funding (like 0% APR business credit) or SBA microloans rather than revenue-based products like MCAs. We'll assess your situation and point you toward what you actually qualify for today, plus a plan to unlock more later.

Can I dispute negative items myself instead of using your service?

Absolutely — the FCRA dispute process is free and open to any consumer directly with the bureaus. Clients typically come to us for the strategy, documentation, and follow-through across multiple bureaus and creditors, which is where most self-filed disputes stall out.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel at any time?

Terms vary by service — we'll walk through exactly what applies during your free consultation before you commit to anything, in plain language, with no surprise fees.
